"We're all in Norway. China retail reached over ¥130M yearly during the pandemic. Just two people, no office. We're proud of that."— Asia Sales Director, Orkel AS
"We'd tried and given up. Within 3 months of applying with DBIC, ¥1.5 million was approved. Now we're going for phase two."— CTO, Aar***Tech
"We had buyers waiting. DBIC set up our Qingdao entity, got every license, built the cold chain, and even structured trade financing. We just sell the fish."— Sales Director, Ís***Sea
"I thought we just needed a supplier. DBIC mapped our entire value chain — raw material to final delivery — and rebuilt it. Now quality and timing are consistent. That's more than sourcing."— Supply Chain Director, Ber***son Components

Hiring 3–4 people for finance, HR, and compliance costs €4,000–7,000/month in salaries. But that’s just the line item. Add recruitment, training, turnover, cultural friction, and someone in Europe to manage it all — the real cost is higher, and it never stops. We cover the same scope for one monthly subscription. No hiring. No managing. No replacing.
Monthly billing, no lock-in. If you leave, the only cost is the time to transition. No penalty, no exit fee, no fine print.
We track regulatory changes in real time and adjust your filings and declarations accordingly. 13 years in China. 40+ companies served. You don't need to read Chinese policy updates — we do that for you.
Market intelligence: same week. Entity setup: 14 days from complete documents. Daily operating: we pick up your existing books and processes immediately. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call to understand your situation — no forms, no waiting.
Payroll, social insurance, bookkeeping (Chinese GAAP), monthly/quarterly/annual tax filings, statutory audit, profit repatriation, corporate seal custody, contract review, regulatory monitoring, and incident response — tax audits, customs holds, disputes. Plus weekly market intelligence and partner verification. For the full breakdown by stage, see What We Do above.
Licensed co-working hubs in major Chinese cities qualify on paper, yet around 40% fail our pre-filing checks due to incomplete permits or overused registered addresses. They also limit business scope and carry higher separate fees. Our standard WFOE package covers a fully compliant, pre-verified registered address free of extra costs — more dependable and budget-friendly for pure registration address needs.
Yes — through Employer of Record (EOR). We hire on your behalf, handle payroll, tax, and compliance, while you test the market. When you're ready, we transition the employee into your own WFOE. No entity needed to start, no disruption when you scale.
A fapiao (发票) is China's official tax invoice — it's not optional. Every transaction in China must be documented with a government-issued fapiao, which is generated through the Golden Tax System in real time. If you sell something and can't issue a fapiao, the customer legally can't pay you — and they can't deduct the expense from their own taxes. We set up your fapiao system as part of your entity setup, so you're ready to invoice from day one. No fapiao = no business.
China runs on chops (公章), not signatures — but fake chops are a real risk. Physically verifying a chop is largely impractical: public platforms can't access PSB filing records, and banks don't release seal specimens to third parties. Based on our experience and judicial precedents, the core rule applied by Chinese courts is "verify the authority, not the chop." A contract binds the company if signed by someone with apparent authority — the legal representative, a registered executive, or anyone communicating through an official company domain email — even if the chop is forged.
We handle compliant contracting, payment, and tax withholding — no entity needed. Suitable for short-term projects, freelance work, and local service providers. We ensure proper documentation, correct tax treatment, and full compliance from day one.
